This policy explains what Three Fourty Seven ("we", "our", or "us") collects when you use our website and the mobile apps we publish. Those apps include Notepad, Gatekeeper, and Shift. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the apps.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. If visit measurement is turned on, Google Tag Manager may receive ordinary visit data, such as the pages you open and a cookie identifier. You can refuse cookies in your browser.
Notepad keeps your notes. Gatekeeper keeps the codes used for one-time passwords. We do not receive the contents of your notes or your one-time passwords. They stay on your device.
You can play the first land without an account. If you sign in with Google Play Games, Google shares your player name, player id, and profile image with the game. We use those to keep your place, to open the later lands, and to show achievements and leaderboards. Google's own privacy policy covers Play Games.
Stars, scores, coins, tile sets, the daily ladder, and achievement progress are stored on your device. When you are signed in, a copy is stored in Google Cloud Firestore so the same save can follow you to another phone. Coins are part of the game. They are not money, and we do not use this save to build an advertising profile.
Shift can play a short video ad, and only when you tap the control that asks for one. We use Google AdMob. AdMob may receive your advertising id, device and app information, and an approximate location taken from your IP address, and it uses that to choose and measure the ad. We do not show banner ads, and we do not sell your information. You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings. Google's policy covers what AdMob does with that data.
If you redeem a Google Play Points reward for coins, Google Play handles the transaction and tells the game to grant them. We do not receive your card number.
We share Shift data with the Google services named above: Play Games, Firebase, AdMob, and Google Play. They process it to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. If the studio is sold, the saved data may pass to the buyer, and we will update this page.
We do not sell personal information.
Notes, codes, and the on-device game stay until you delete them or remove the app. The cloud copy of a Shift save stays until you ask us to delete it. Email us at [email protected] from the address you want us to use, and tell us the Play Games name on the save. AdMob keeps ad data under Google's own schedule.
Our apps are not made for children under 13, and Shift is not a children's app. It includes advertising and a Play Games sign-in. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable care to protect the information we store. No store of data on the internet is perfectly secure.
We will post any change on this page and change the date at the top.
