These terms cover the mobile apps published by Three Fourty Seven ("we", "our", or "us"), including Notepad, Gatekeeper, and Shift, and the use of threefourtyseven.com. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.
You may use the apps for yourself, not for a commercial service of your own. You agree not to break, overload, or interfere with them, and not to try to read someone else's saved game.
Notepad is a place for notes. Gatekeeper is a place for one-time passwords. You are responsible for the notes and codes you store, and for keeping the device they live on.
Shift is a word game. Coins, stars, and tile sets are part of the game. They are not money, they have no cash value, and they cannot be transferred or redeemed. We may change how they are earned, what they buy, and which ladders are in the game.
A short video ad is offered only when you tap it. You do not have to watch one to play.
Google Play's terms also apply to the download, to Play Games sign-in, to achievements and leaderboards, and to any Play Points reward. Do not submit scores or achievement progress by anything other than ordinary play.
You keep what you write in Notepad and the secrets you store in Gatekeeper. You give us no right to publish them. The words, paintings, and other material we put in the apps belong to us or to our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use that material inside the apps.
The apps are provided as they are, and as they are available. We do not promise that a save will never be lost, that a word list is complete, or that an ad will always play. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the apps.
We may change these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use an app after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms follow the laws of the place where Three Fourty Seven operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
